What happens if your servers go down?

Nothing! Vector is fully self-hosted within your pinball machine. There are no external dependencies, so your machine will continue to function even if our servers are unreachable.

Can I use Vector on multiple machines?

Yes! Each Vector board is tied to the specific machine it is installed in. You can purchase multiple boards for different machines as needed. Once connected to the network each board

Do you support custom / modded ROMs?

In many cases yes, we might not initially have a configuration for your specific ROM version, but we have a small process you can go through to send us the information we need in order to build a config for your ROM. Contact us for more details!

What should I do with my RAM and batteries?

Remove the batteries to avoid acid damage, and you can either keep the RAM chip in place, or remove it entirely. Vector fully replaces the functionality of the factory RAM.

Will you support my machine? and if so when?

If your pinball machine has a socketed CPU, then we plan to support it eventually, we are tackling systems by popularity-per-effort order. If you have a title you really want us to support let us know!
